Ty Davis, Executive Director
Ty Davis is born and raised in Tulare. He attended school in Tulare before graduating from the College of the Sequoias with his A.A. He finished his B.S. in Communications at Arizona State University. His entire life has been dedicated to Christ, serving youth, and his community. Before Reaching Higher, he worked for four years with the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Sequoias as a Unit Director both in Tulare and Visalia. Ty is an avid golfer, coaches football, and is a loving husband & father!
Liz Manonog was born and raised in Delano, Ca. She attended Sacramento Job Corp where she obtained her Office Administration and Data Entry certificates. Liz volunteers at our Reaching Higher Tulare 1AG site and shares her passion for arts and crafts with the students. She enjoys cooking, gardening, health and fitness, and especially movie nights with her husband and children. As an Administrative Assistant for Reaching Higher, Liz will be supporting the continued growth of the organization.
Liz Manonog, Associate Director
Kamrie Cadena, CarePortal Regional Manager
Kamrie Cadena was born in Southern California and raised in Tulare County. She later returned to Southern California to earn her bachelor’s degree in Sociology at California Baptist University. After graduating college, Kamrie worked with at-risk youth in a group home setting before becoming a social worker for Tulare County. She worked for HHSA where she was able to serve children and families in crisis for 7 years. Kamrie enjoys spending time with her family, riding bikes with her husband Jesse, and watching Dodgers games. In her role as the CarePortal Regional Manager for Tulare County, Kamrie will provide support for the growing network of churches, agencies, and businesses that care for children.
Jesselyn Perez
Roosevelt Site Leader - (2nd - 4th Grade)
Jesselyn is a dedicated and accomplished graduate of Fresno State University, holding a degree in sociology. With an impressive 5-year tenure at the Reaching Higher Program, Jesselyn has been an invaluable asset to our team. Her passion for working with and counseling students shines through, aligning perfectly with her future goal of becoming a student counselor. Through her time at Reaching Higher, Jesselyn has gained valuable experience in fostering relationships and creating a positive impact on young learners. When she's not immersed in her studies or work, Jesselyn can often be found indulging her love for volleyball, both as a player and an instructor, sharing her expertise with students during her spare time.
We look forward to the continued positive influence Jesselyn brings to the Reaching Higher Program and the students she interacts with.
