Reaching Higher is a collaborative organization that seeks to empower the local churches to serve their community and meet the needs of our communities youth. One of the ways we do that is by facilitating "School Adoptions" where a local church partners with a school near them and commits to seeing that school's mission lived out for their students and families. Once that relationship is built, Reaching Higher takes care of screening, training and placing the church volunteers at the school system.

 

We've seen some amazing things happen through this venture at our first Campus Sidekicks Location, Roosevelt School. Not only are students in the classroom blessed to have another caring adult in the room to assist with the day to day learning, we have witnessed churches going the extra mile to create clothing closets, host Christmas parties, Easter egg hunts and special events to bless the hard working teachers and faculty throughout the year!
